Registration of Social Care and Independent Health Care (Wales) Regulations 2002

6.—(1) The Registration of Social Care and Independent Health Care (Wales) Regulations 2002(1) are amended as follows.

(2) In each of the provisions mentioned in paragraph (3) for “the Care Council for Wales” substitute “Social Care Wales”.

(3) The provisions are—

(a) Schedule 1, paragraphs 1(ba), 2(ca) and 16(ea) (information to be supplied on an application for registration as a person who carries on or manages an establishment or agency);

(b) Schedule 3, paragraphs 2A, 2B and 2C (information and documents to be supplied for registration as the manager of an establishment or agency).

S.I. 2002/919 (W. 107), paragraph 16(ea) was inserted into Schedule 1 and paragraph 2A inserted into Schedule 3 by S.I. 2007/311 (W. 28); paragraph 1(ba) and 2(ca) were inserted into Schedule 1 and paragraph 2B was inserted into Schedule 3 by S.I. 2011/1016 (W. 153) and paragraph 2C was inserted into Schedule 3 by S.I. 2013/225 (W. 30). There are other amending instruments but none is relevant.
