137. In section 171ZS(1)(1) (Part 12ZB: supplementary) in the definition of “local authority foster parent”, for “section 22C(12)” substitute “section 105(1)”.

Section 171ZS was inserted by the Employment Act 2002 (c. 22), section 4. The definition of “local authority foster parent” was inserted by the Children and Families Act 2014 (c. 6), section 121(7)(b).
