117. In Schedule 2, for paragraph 20(1)(a)(1) (death of children being looked after by local authorities) substitute—
“(a)shall notify the Secretary of State and Her Majesty’s Chief Inspector of Education, Children’s Services and Skills;”.

Paragraph 20 was amended by the Children and Young Persons Act 2008 (c. 23), Schedule 3, paragraphs 1 and 27(1) and (4), and by the Education and Inspections Act 2006 (c. 40), Schedule 14, paragraphs 9 and 17.
