Mêl blodau a mêl neithdar
7.—(1) Rhaid i berson sy’n masnachu mewn mêl a geir o neithdar planhigion ddefnyddio’r enw “honey”, “blossom honey” neu “nectar honey” mewn masnach fel enw’r cynnyrch.
(2) Rhaid i berson beidio â defnyddio’r enw “blossom honey”, “mêl blodau”, “nectar honey”, “mêl neithdar”, na’r enw cyfatebol mewn unrhyw iaith arall, mewn masnach, fel enw cynnyrch os nad mêl a geir o neithdar planhigion yw’r cynnyrch.
(3) Nid oes dim ym mharagraff (1) yn atal person sy’n masnachu mewn mêl a geir o neithdar planhigion rhag defnyddio’r enw “mêl”, “mêl blodau” neu “mêl neithdar” yn ogystal â’r enwau “honey”, “blossom honey” neu “nectar honey” yn y drefn honno.
(4) Nid oes dim ym mharagraffau (1) neu (3) yn atal yr enw “honey”, “blossom honey” neu “nectar honey” rhag bod mewn unrhyw iaith arall yn ogystal ag yn Gymraeg a Saesneg.
