Monitro darparwyr hyfforddiant awdurdodedig
10.—(1) Rhaid i ddarparwr hyfforddiant awdurdodedig, ar gais yr awdurdod trwyddedu, ddarparu i’r awdurdod trwyddedu—
(a)y cyfryw wybodaeth am drefniadau gweinyddol y darparwr hyfforddiant awdurdodedig a sut bydd cyrsiau yn cael eu rhedeg ac yn y fath fodd ag y caiff yr awdurdod trwyddedu ei gwneud yn rhesymol ofynnol; a
(b)cofnodion neu ddogfennau eraill (ym mha bynnag ffurf y’u cedwir) a gedwir at ddibenion cydymffurfio â’r Rheoliadau hyn.
(2) Rhaid i’r darparwr hyfforddiant awdurdodedig ddarparu gwybodaeth neu ddogfennau (yn ôl y digwydd) y gwneir cais amdanynt o dan baragraff (1) o fewn pa bynnag derfyn amser ag y caiff yr awdurdod trwyddedu ei gwneud yn rhesymol ofynnol neu cyn gynted ag y bo’n rhesymol ymarferol.
