O ran Cymru, Cynulliad Cenedlaethol Cymru yw'r awdurdod cenedlaethol priodol; gweler y diffiniad o “the appropriate national authority” yn adran 5(1) o Ddeddf 1983 (fel y'i diwygiwyd gan adran 206(3) o Ddeddf 2004).
