Amendment of the Environmental Noise (Wales) Regulations 2006
3.—(1) Regulation 2(2) (interpretation), is amended as follows:
(2) In the appropriate place insert ““consolidated noise map” (“map swn cyfynol”) means a noise map compiled pursuant to regulation 15(4);”;
(3) At the end of the definition of “Directive” add “as amended from time to time;”;
(4) In the English version only for ““major airport”(“prif faes awyr”) rusuant to regulation 3”, substitute “ “major airport”(“prif faes awyr”) pursuant to regulation 3;”.
