Regulation 4
SCHEDULE 1AMENDMENT TO THE ASSEMBLY LEARNING GRANTS (EUROPEAN INSTITUTIONS) (WALES) REGULATIONS 2007
1. In regulation 9(1) and 9 (2), for “regulation 10(10)” substitute “regulation 10(12)”.
2. In the English language text of regulation 10(7)(b), after the word “he” insert the words “or she”.
3. In regulation 10(18), for “paragraph (11)” substitute “paragraph (17)”.
4. In the English language text of regulation 17(1)(c) (i), after the words “ and other” insert the word “costs”.
5. In the English language text of sub-paragraph (1) (a) of paragraph 6 of Part 2 of Schedule 2, for the numbering “(vii)” and “(viii)” substitute the letters “(b)” and “(c)” respectively.
6. For sub-paragraph (3) of paragraph 2 of Part 2 of Schedule 3, for the words “In determining the household income an amount calculated in accordance with sub-paragraph (4) there is to be deducted—” substitute the words “In determining the household income under sub-paragraph (2), the sum of £1,075 is deducted—”.
7. In paragraph 2 of Part 2 of Schedule 3, omit sub-paragraph (4).
