1. Enw'r Rheoliadau hyn yw Rheoliadau'r Tafod Glas (Cymru) (Diwygio) 2008; maent yn gymwys o ran Cymru ac yn dod i rym ar 19 Mehefin 2008.

2. Yn rheoliad 17 o Reoliadau'r Tafod Glas (Cymru) 2008(3) dileer yr ail gyfeiriad at “yr Ysgrifennydd Gwladol” ac yn ei le rhodder “Weinidogion Cymru”.

Mae'r Rheoliadau hyn yn diwygio Rheoliadau'r Tafod Glas (Cymru) 2008 (“y prif Reoliadau”) drwy ddisodli'r ail gyfeiriad yn rheoliad 17 o'r prif Reoliadau at “yr Ysgrifennydd Gwladol” â “Weinidogion Cymru”.
