Yn unol â'r adran honno mae Gweinidogion Cymru wedi ymgynghori â chynrychiolwyr y buddiannau hynny sy'n ymddangos i'r Gweinidogion fod a wnelont â'r Rheoliadau a ganlyn:

1.—(1) Enw'r Rheoliadau hyn yw Rheoliadau Tatws Hadyd (Cymru) (Diwygio) 2008.
(2) Mae'r Rheoliadau hyn yn gymwys o ran Cymru a deuant i rym ar 6 Mai 2008.
Diwygiadau i Reoliadau Tatws Hadyd (Cymru) 2006
2.—(1) Diwygir Rheoliadau Tatws Hadyd (Cymru) 2006(3) fel a ganlyn.
(2) Yn Atodlen 3, yng Ngrwp IV o Ran II ac yng Ngrwp IV o Ran III—
(a)yn y golofn gyntaf, o dan “Y Crach Cyffredin (rhywogaeth Streptomyces)” yn lle “chwarter” rhodder “thraean”; a
(b)yn yr ail golofn, yn lle'r ffigur gyferbyn â “Y Crach Cyffredin (rhywogaeth Streptomyces )” rhodder “5.0%”.

Mae'r Rheoliadau hyn yn diwygio Rheoliadau Tatws Hadyd (Cymru) 2006 (O.S. 2006/2929 (Cy. 264)) fel ag i ddiwygio'r goddefiannau ar gyfer y Crach Cyffredin (rhywogaeth Streptomyces) fel a ganlyn—
(a)cynyddu'r goddefiant unigol ar datws hadyd cyn-sylfaenol o ddosbarth cyn-sylfaenol 1, cyn-sylfaenol 2, cyn-sylfaenol 3 neu cyn-sylfaenol 4 ac ar datws hadyd sylfaenol i 5%; a
(b)cynyddu cyfran yr arwynebedd a eill gael ei effeithio o chwarter i draean.

Yn rhinwedd O.S. 1978/272, O.S. 1999/672 a Deddf Llywodraeth Cymru 2006; mae'r swyddogaethau bellach wedi'u breinio yng Ngweinidogion Cymru.
