1. Enw'r Gorchymyn hwn yw Gorchymyn Cynulliad Cenedlaethol Cymru (Dyddiad Cyfarfod Cyntaf y Cynulliad sydd wedi ei Gyfansoddi yn ôl Deddf Llywodraeth Cymru 2006) 2007 a daw i rym ar 14 Chwefror 2007.

2. Dyddiad y cyfarfod cyntaf o'r Cynulliad sydd wedi ei gyfansoddi yn ôl Deddf Llywodraeth Cymru 2006 ar ôl etholiad 2007 fydd 9 Mai 2007.
Llofnodwyd ar ran Cynulliad Cenedlaethol Cymru o dan adran 66(1) o Ddeddf Llywodraeth Cymru 1998(2).
