Cyfyngu ar wrthwynebiadau diweddarach
10.—(1) Pan fo gwrthwynebiad ynghylch trefniadau derbyn ysgol benodol ar gyfer blwyddyn ysgol benodol wedi'i benderfynu gan y Cynulliad Cenedlaethol ni chaniateir cyfeirio unrhyw wrthwynebiad dilynol (gan y person neu'r corff a wnaeth y gwrthwynebiad neu gan unrhyw un arall) ynghylch—
(a)y trefniadau hynny; neu
(b)trefniadau'r ysgol honno ar gyfer y flwyddyn ysgol ganlynol,
a hwnnw'n wrthwynebiad sy'n codi'r un mater neu fater sy'n sylweddol yr un fath.
(2) Nid yw paragraff (1)(b) yn rwystro gwrthwynebiad rhag cael ei gyfeirio ynghylch trefniadau ysgol—
(a)pan fo'r penderfyniad a grybwyllir ym mharagraff (1) wedi cadarnhau gwrthwynebiad i drefniadau derbyn yr ysgol; a
(b)pan mai sylwedd y gwrthwynebiad y ceisir yn awr ei gyfeirio yw bod trefniadau derbyn yr ysgol, a benderfynwyd gan yr awdurdod derbyn ar gyfer y flwyddyn ysgol ganlynol, i'r graddau y maent yn berthnasol, yr un fath â'r rhai y cyfeiriwyd y gwrthwynebiad cynharach yn eu herbyn neu'n sylweddol yr un fath â hwy.
