Regulation 36(2)
SCHEDULECONTENTS OF RECORDS
The appellant’s name and address
The matter appealed against
The date of the hearing or determination
The names of the parties who appeared, if any
The decision of the valuation tribunal and its date
The reasons for the decision
Any order made in consequence of the decision
The date of any such order
Any certificate setting aside the decision
Any revocation under regulation 35(7).
