Amnewid y gorchudd glas a newid opsiynau rheoli

13.—(1) Yn ddarostyngedig i is-baragraffau (2) a (3), yn ystod unrhyw gyfnod y mae'n ofynnol i ffermwr gynnal a chadw gorchudd glas mewn cae neu ran o gae, caiff roi gorchudd arall, serch hynny, yn lle'r gorchudd glas hwnnw ar yr amod bod yr hadau yn cael eu hau cyn gynted ag y bo'n ymarferol ar ôl difa'r gorchudd glas sy'n bodoli eisoes.

(2) Rhaid i'r hadau sydd i'w hau er mwyn sefydlu gorchudd glas newydd yn lle'r hen un —

(a)bod yn hadau o fath perthnasol, pan fo'r gorchudd i'w amnewid mewn rhan yn unig o gae sy'n cael ei reoli yn unol ag opsiwn y lleiniau 10 metr; a

(b)bod ym mhob achos arall —

(i)yn hadau o fath perthnasol; neu

(ii)yn gymysgedd perthnasol o hadau.

(3) O ran y cae neu'r rhan o gae lle mae'r gorchudd glas wedi'i amnewid, rhaid i ffermwr gydymffurfio â'r amodau hynny a nodwyd yn Rhan A o'r Atodlen hon ac sy'n ymwneud ag un o'r opsiynau rheoli canlynol —

(a)pan fo'r hadau a heuwyd yn hadau o fath perthnasol, opsiwn y gorchudd glas wedi'i hau; neu

(b)pan fo'r hadau a heuwyd yn gymysgedd perthnasol o hadau, opsiwn y gorchudd adar gwyllt.

(4) Pan fo ffermwr yn amnewid gorchudd glas yn unol ag is-baragraff (1), rhaid iddo beidio â phori unrhyw anifeiliaid ar y tir hwnnw, na chynaeafu unrhyw gnydau a gynhyrchir ar y tir hwnnw, yn ystod gweddill y flwyddyn gyfredol.
