Defnyddio'r gorchudd glas

14.—(1) Rhaid i ffermwr sicrhau, yn ddarostyngedig i is-baragraff (2), na fydd unrhyw orchudd glas na thoriadau o unrhyw orchudd glas yn cael eu defnyddio i gynhyrchu hadau neu at unrhyw ddiben masnachol neu amaethyddol arall yn y flwyddyn gyfredol.

(2) Caiff ffermwr —

(a)yn ddarostyngedig i baragraffau 11(3) a 13(4), ddefnyddio unrhyw orchudd glas neu doriadau o'r fath at unrhyw ddibenion amaethyddol ar ôl 31 Awst; a

(b)rhoi ar y farchnad unrhyw doriadau, neu gnydau, a gynaeafir o'r gorchudd glas ar neu ar ôl 15 Ionawr yn y flwyddyn ganlynol.

(3) Rhaid i ffermwr sicrhau na chaiff unrhyw doriadau o'r gorchudd glas eu symud oddi ar y neilltir o dan sylw ac eithrio yn unol ag is-baragraff (2) neu gyda chydsyniad ymlaen llaw gan y Cynulliad Cenedlaethol.
