Gwahardd cyflwyno bwyd anifeiliaid penodol a bwyd penodol

27.—(1) Ni chaiff unrhyw berson—

(a)cyflwyno i Gymru o drydedd wlad fwyd anifeiliaid penodedig sy'n mynd yn groes i ofynion diogelu bwyd anifeiliaid neu sy'n methu â chydymffurfio â'r gofynion hynny; neu

(b)cyflwyno i Gymru o rywle arall yn y tiriogaethau perthnasol fwyd anifeiliaid penodedig sy'n tarddu o drydedd wlad a hwnnw'n fwyd anifeiliaid sy'n methu â chydymffurfio â gofynion diogelwch bwyd anifeiliaid.

(2) Ni chaiff unrhyw berson—

(a)cyflwyno i Gymru o drydedd wlad fwyd penodedig sy'n methu â chydymffurfio â

(i)gofynion diogelwch bwyd; neu

(ii)gofynion Erthyglau 3 i 6 o Reoliad 852/2004; neu

(b)cyflwyno i Gymru o rywle arall yn y tiriogaethau perthnasol fwyd penodedig sy'n tarddu o drydedd wlad ac sy'n methu â chydymffurfio â—

(i)gofynion diogelwch bwyd; neu

(ii)gofynion Erthyglau 3 i 6 o Reoliad 852/2004.

(3) Yn y rheoliad hwn—

(a)Ystyr “bwyd anifeiliaid penodedig”) (“specified feed”) yw bwyd anifeiliaid sy'n gynnyrch;

(b)Ystyr “bwyd penodedig” (“specified food”) yw bwyd sy'n gynnyrch.
