82.—( 1) Diwygir Atodlen 7 fel a ganlyn.

(2) Ym mharagraff 20—

(a) yn is-baragraff (1) yn lle “National Council for Education and Training for Wales” rhodder “National Assembly for Wales”;

“(2) In the case of a community or foundation special school, the National Assembly for Wales shall send a copy of the published proposals to such persons as may be prescribed.”

(c) confirm them subject to modifications.

(2) In making a determination under subparagraph (1), the National Assembly shall have regard to any objections made in accordance with paragraph 41 and not withdrawn.”;
