Diffyg mynychu cyfarfodydd
5.—(1) Mae'r paragraff hwn yn gymwys i unrhyw lywodraethwr nad yw'n llywodraethwr yn rhinwedd ei swydd.
(2) Os bydd llywodraethwr heb ganiatâd y corff llywodraethu, wedi methu â mynychu cyfarfodydd y corff am gyfnod di-dor o chwe mis yn cychwyn ar ddyddiad y cyfarfod cyntaf o'i fath y methodd â'i fynychu, bydd y llywodraethwr hwnnw, pan ddaw'r cyfnod hwnnw i ben, wedi ei anghymwyso rhag parhau i ddal swydd llywodraethwr yn yr ysgol honno.
(3) Pan fo llywodraethwr wedi anfon ymddiheuriad at glerc y corff llywodraethu cyn cyfarfod nad yw'n bwriadu ei fynychu, rhaid i gofnodion y cyfarfod gofnodi a oedd y corff llywodraethu wedi cytuno i'r absenoldeb ai beidio, a rhaid anfon copi o'r cofnodion at y llywodraethwr dan sylw i'w breswylfa arferol.
(4) Nid yw llywodraethwr a anghymhwyswyd rhag bod yn llywodraethwr ysgol o dan is-baragraff (2) yn gymwys i'w enwebu, i'w ethol neu i'w benodi yn llywodraethwr o unrhyw gategori yn yr ysgol honno yn ystod y deuddeg mis cyntaf ar ôl ei anghymwyso o dan is-baragraff (2).
