Tramgwyddau yng Nghymru a Lloegr

1.  Tramgwydd treisio oedolyn o dan adran 1 o Ddeddf Tramgwyddau Rhywiol 2003 —

(a)tramgwydd trais o dan adran 1 o Ddeddf Tramgwyddau Rhywiol 2003(1);

(b)tramgwydd ymosodiad drwy dreiddiad o dan adran 2 o'r Ddeddf honno;

(c)tramgwydd peri i berson gymryd rhan mewn gweithgaredd rhywiol heb gydsyniad o dan adran 4 o'r Ddeddf honno os oedd y gweithgaredd yn dod o fewn is-adran (3);

(ch)tramgwydd gweithgaredd rhywiol gyda pherson ag anhwylder meddwl sy'n llesteirio dewis o dan adran 30 o'r Ddeddf honno os oedd y cyffwrdd yn dod o fewn is-adran (3);

(d)tramgwydd peri neu ysgogi person ag anhwylder meddwl sy'n llesteirio dewis, i gymryd rhan mewn gweithgaredd rhywiol o dan adran 31 o'r Ddeddf honno, os oedd y gweithgaredd a barwyd neu a ysgogwyd yn dod o fewn is-adran (3);

(dd)tramgwydd cymell, bygwth neu ddichell i ddenu gweithgaredd rhywiol gyda pherson ag anhwylder meddwl o dan adran 34 o'r Ddeddf honno, os oedd y cyffwrdd yn dod o fewn is-adran (2); ac

(e)tramgwydd o beri i berson ag anhwylder meddwl gymryd rhan neu gytuno i gymryd rhan mewn gweithgareddau rhywiol drwy gymell, bygwth neu ddichell os oedd y gweithgaredd yn dod o fewn is-adran (2).
