Mae person sydd wedi'i gynnwys, ar seiliau anaddasrwydd i weithio gyda phlant, mewn unrhyw restr a gedwir gan yr Ysgrifennydd Gwladol o bersonau sy'n ddarostyngedig i ddatgymhwysiad a osodir o dan adran 470 neu 471 o Ddeddf Addysg 1996(1)) (datgymhwyso personau rhag bod yn berchenogion ar ysgolion annibynnol neu rhag bod yn athrawon neu gyflogeion mewn unrhyw ysgol).
