1.  Mae Cynulliad Cenedlaethol Cymru wedi ei awdurdodi i ddarparu ar hyd y llwybr a bennir yn Atodlen 1 i'r Gorchymyn hwn ffordd arbennig ar gyfer defnydd traffig Dosbarth 1 ac 11 a nodir yn Atodlen 4 i Ddeddf Priffyrdd 1980.

2.  Mae llinell ganol y ffordd arbennig hon wedi ei dynodi â llinell drwchus ddu dangosir fel “A” ar y plan a adneuwyd.

3.  Bydd y darn o'r ffordd arbennig a ddisgrifir yn Atodlen 2 i'r Gorchymyn hwn ac a ddangosir â llinellau rhesog bras dangosir fel “B” ar y plan a adneuwyd yn peidio â bod yn gefnffordd a chaiff ei dosbarthu fel ffordd Ddi-ddosbarth o'r dyddiad y bydd y Cynulliad Cenedlaethol yn hysybysu Dinas a Sir Abertawe fod y ffordd arbennig newydd ar agor i draffig trwodd.

4.  Yn y Cynllun hwn:—

(1) Mae pob mesur o bellter wedi'i fesur ar hyd llwybr y briffordd berthnasol;

(i)ystyr “y draffordd” (“motorway”) yw traffordd Llundain-De Cymru (M4);

(ii)ystyr “y ffordd arbennig” (“the special road”) yw'r briffordd a grybwyllir yn erthygl 1 o'r Gorchymyn hwn;

(iii)ystyr “y plan a adneuwyd” (“the deposited plan”) yw'r plan a rifwyd HA16/1 NAFW 1 a elwir Cynllun Ffordd Ymuno Traffordd yr M4 (Cyffordd 44, Lôn-Las) 2003, ac sydd wedi ei lofnodi ar ran y Gweinidog dros yr Amgylchedd ac wedi'i adneuo drwy awdurdod Storfa ac Adferiad Cofnodion Cynulliad Cenedlaethol Cymru, (RSRU) Neptune Point, Ocean Way, Caerdydd.

5.  Daw'r Cynllun hwn i rym ar 28 Mawrth 2003 a'i enw yw Cynllun Ffordd Ymuno Traffordd yr M4 (Cyffordd 44, Lôn-Las) 2003.
