Tramgwyddau

14.  Mae unrhyw berson sydd, heb awdurdod neu esgus cyfreithlon, ac arno ef y mae'r prawf ohono —

(a)yn mynd yn groes i unrhyw ddarpariaeth yn y Gorchymyn hwn neu unrhyw ddarpariaeth mewn trwydded, hysbysiad neu gyfarwyddyd a ddyroddir o dan y Gorchymyn hwn;

(b)yn methu â chydymffurfio ag unrhyw un o'r trwyddedau, hysbysiadau neu gyfarwyddiadau hynny neu ag unrhyw amod yn unrhyw un o'r darpariaethau hynny;

(c)yn achosi neu'n caniatáu unrhyw fynd yn groes neu fethu â chydymffurfio o'r fath;

(ch)yn difrodi, ymyrryd neu symud unrhyw drapiau a osodwyd i gasglu fectorau o dan erthygl 9;

(d)yn difwyno, dileu neu dynnu oddi yno unrhyw farc a wnaed gan arolygydd milfeddygol o dan erthygl 9,

yn cyflawni tramgwydd yn erbyn y Ddeddf.
