Gan ei bod yn ymddangos i Gynulliad Cenedlaethol Cymru nad yw mewnforio Coed Anis penodol a draddodir o wledydd nad ydynt yn Aelod-wladwriaethau'r Gymuned Ewropeaidd yn golygu bellach bod risg o niwed i iechyd ar fin digwydd;
Yn awr, gan hynny, mae Cynulliad Cenedlaethol Cymru, drwy arfer y pwerau a roddwyd iddo gan adrannau 13(1) a 48(1) o Ddeddf Diogelwch Bwyd 1990(1) ac sydd bellach yn arferadwy ganddo mewn perthynas â Chymru, ac ar ôl rhoi sylw yn unol ag adran 48(4A) o'r Ddeddf honno i gyngor perthnasol a roddwyd gan yr Asiantaeth Safonau Bwyd, yn gwneud y Gorchymyn canlynol:

1990 p.16; mae swyddogaethau o dan Ddeddf 1990 sy'n ymwneud â gorchmynion rheolaeth frys bellach yn arferadwy mewn perthynas â Chymru gan Gynulliad Cenedlaethol Cymru yn rhinwedd Gorchymyn Cynulliad Cenedlaethol Cymru (Trosglwyddo Swyddogaethau) 1999 (O.S. 1999/672) fel y'i darllenir ynghyd ag adran 40(3) o Ddeddf 1999. Mae paragraffau 11 a 21 o Atodlen 5 i Ddeddf 1999 yn diwygio adrannau 13 a 48 o Ddeddf 1990 yn y drefn honno
