SCHEDULE
Amendment of the Children Act 1989
1. Paragraph 1A of Schedule 2 to the Children Act 1989 (Children’s services plans) shall be amended as follows.
2. In sub-paragraph (3)(a) of paragraph 1A, the words “Local Health Board,” shall be inserted before the words “Health Authority”.
Amendment of the National Health Service and Community Care Act 1990
3. Section 46 of the National Health Service and Community Care Act 1990 (Local authority plans for community care services) shall be amended as follows.
4. In subsection (2), paragraph (a), the words “and any Local Health Board” shall be inserted after the words “Health Authority”.
Amendment of the Health Act 1999
5. Section 28 of the Health Act 1999 (Plans for improving health, etc.) shall be amended as follows.
6. In sub-section (1), the words “, each Local Health Board” shall be inserted after the words “Health Authority”.
7. In sub-section (2), the words “, each Local Health Board” shall be inserted after the words “Health Authority”.
8. In sub-section (3), the words “, Local Health Board” shall be inserted after the words “Health Authority”.
9. In sub-section (4), paragraph (a), the words “, Local Health Board” shall be inserted after the words “Health Authority”.
10. In sub-section (4), paragraph (b), the words “or a Local Health Board's” shall be inserted after the words “Health Authority's”, and the words “or Local Health Board” shall be inserted after the words “Health Authority”.
11. In sub-section (5), the words “, Local Health Board” shall be inserted after the words “Health Authority”.
12. In sub-section (6), paragraph (b), the words “Local Health Boards,” shall be inserted before the words “Primary Care Trusts,”.
13. In sub-section (6), paragraph (g), the words “Local Health Boards,” shall be inserted before the words “Primary Care Trusts”.
14. In sub-section (6), paragraph (h), the words “Local Health Boards,” shall be inserted before the words “and Primary Care Trusts”.
15. In sub-section (7), paragraph (a), the words “Local Health Boards” shall be inserted after the words “Health Authorities”.
16. In the sub-section (8), the words “, Local Health Board” shall be inserted after the words “Health Authority”.
17. In sub-section (8), paragraph (a), the word “, Board” shall be inserted after the word “Authority”.
18. In sub-section (8), paragraph (b), the words “, Board” shall be inserted after the word “Authority”.
19. In sub-section (9), the words “Local Health Boards,” shall be inserted before the words “Primary Care Trusts”.
