The Secretary of State makes the following Order in exercise of the power conferred by section 25(3) of the Apprenticeships, Skills, Children and Learning Act 2009(1).
In accordance with section 25(4) of the Apprenticeships, Skills, Children and Learning Act 2009, the Secretary of State is satisfied that the modifications to the Specification of Apprenticeship Standards for England, which have effect by this Order, comply with section 27 of that Act(2).
2009 c. 22. Section 25(3) of the Apprenticeships, Skills, Children and Learning Act 2009 was repealed by paragraph 12 of Schedule 1 to the Deregulation Act 2015 (c. 20), but saved (under the power to make transitional and saving provision at section 115(9) of the Deregulation Act 2015) by article 13 of, and paragraphs 2 and 3 of the Schedule to, the Deregulation Act 2015 (Commencement No. 1 and Transitional and Saving Provisions) Order 2015 (S.I. 2015/994), subject to the provisions made at paragraphs 4 and 7 of the Schedule to that Order.
