1.—(1) These Regulations may be cited as the National Health Service (Mandate Requirements) Regulations 2016 and come into force on 1st April 2016.
(2) These Regulations cease to have effect at the end of 31st March 2017.
2. The requirements set out in paragraph 6.2 of the Annex in the mandate to the National Health Service Commissioning Board(1) published by the Secretary of State on 17th December 2015 and laid before Parliament on that date(2) have effect.
