(1)

“Other white fish by-catches” means by-catches of fish of descriptions other than those specified in column 3 in relation to the Faroe Islands.

(2)

“Dogfish” includes grey shark, black shark, bird-beak dogfish, leafscale gulper shark, greater lantern shark, smooth lantern shark and Portugese dogfish.

(3)

“Combined quota species” means grenadier or rat-tails, mora mora and greater forkbeard.

3.  Such part of the area within 12 miles of the baselines adjacent to Lundy Island, but outside 6 miles from all baselines, as lies to the north and east of a line drawn north-west from Hartland Point lighthouse.
