23. In Schedule 3 (application for admission to a part of the register)(1) after paragraph (h) add—
“(i)details of the nature and scope of the applicant’s practice;
(j)the name and address of—
(i)any person, body or organisation by whom the applicant is employed, or intends to be employed as a nurse or midwife,
(ii)any person, body or organisation with whom the applicant has an arrangement to provide services as a nurse or midwife.”.

Explanatory Memorandum
Explanatory Memorandum sets out a brief statement of the purpose of a Statutory Instrument and provides information about its policy objective and policy implications.
