1. These Regulations may be cited as the Motor Vehicles (Driving Licences) (Amendment) Regulations 2015 and come into force on 4th February 2015.
2. The Motor Vehicles (Driving Licences) Regulations 1999(1) are amended in accordance with regulation 3.
3. In Schedule 3 (licence fees), in Part 1 (table of fees applying on or after 1st April 2008) after the entry numbered 15 insert—
“16 | A licence granted following disqualification ordered by a court under article 3 of the Prostitution (Public Places) (Scotland) Act 2007 (Disqualification from Driving) Order 2011(2). | £65” |
