13. A person admitted to bail under section 112(6) of the 1995 Act(1) pending the determination of an appeal under paragraph 13(a) of Schedule 6 of the 1998 Act against a determination of a convertible devolution issue is, from the time at which the issue becomes a compatibility issue under article 3, to be treated as having been admitted to bail pending determination of an appeal under section 288AA of the 1995 Act.
Section 112(6) was amended by the Criminal Justice (Scotland) Act 2003 asp 7, section 66(5)(c).
