Citation, commencement and interpretation
1.—(1) This Order may be cited as the Walsall Hospitals National Health Service Trust (Establishment) Amendment Order 2013 and comes into force on 11th February 2013.
(2) In this Order, “the Establishment Order” means the Walsall Hospitals National Health Service Trust (Establishment) Order 1990(1).

S.I. 1990/2451, amended by S.I. 2011/791, which made various amendments including changing the name of the trust to the Walsall Healthcare National Health Service Trust.
