Amendment of the Assured and Protected Tenancies (Lettings to Students) Regulations 1998

2. In Schedule 2 to the Assured and Protected Tenancies (Lettings to Students) Regulations 1998(1)—
(a)omit “University of Leicester Students’ Union”; and
(b)insert at the appropriate place “Student Union Lettings limited”.

S.I. 1998/1967 as amended by S.I. 1999/1803, S.I. 1999/2268, S.I. 2000/2706 and S.I. 2009/1825; there are other amending instruments but none is relevant.
