The Secretary of State has received an application for her approval in respect of the New Parks for People (England) Joint Scheme by the bodies proposing to participate in that Scheme, namely the Big Lottery Fund and the National Heritage Memorial Fund;
The Secretary of State, in exercise of the powers conferred by paragraphs 2(1) and 3 of Schedule 3A to, the National Lottery etc Act 1993(1) hereby makes the following Order:
1993 c.39; Schedule 3A was inserted by section 12(3) of, and Schedule 3 to, the National Lottery Act 1998 (c.22). There are amendments to Schedule 3A but none are relevant.
