Interpretation
2. In this Order—
(a)“the 2000 Act” means the Freedom of Information Act 2000(1);
(b)“public authority” has the meaning given in section 3 of the 2000 Act; and
(c)“request for information” has the meaning given in section 8 of the 2000 Act.
