The Solicitors Disciplinary Tribunal in exercise of the powers conferred upon it by section 46 of the Solicitors Act 1974(1) as applied by paragraph 14C(2) of Schedule 2 to the Administration of Justice Act 1985(2) and section 44E(2) of the Solicitors Act 1974 and following the approval of the Legal Services Board(3) makes the following Rules:
