1. This Order may be cited as the Proscribed Organisations (Name Changes) Order 2010 and shall come into force on 14th January 2010.
2.—(1) Each of the names specified in paragraph (2), being names that are not specified in Schedule 2 to the Terrorism Act 2000, is to be treated as another name for both Al-Ghurabaa and The Saved Sect, being organisations listed in that Schedule(1).
(2) Those names are—
(a)Al Muhajiroun (ALM),
(b)Call to Submission,
(c)Islam4UK,
(d)Islamic Path, and
(e)London School of Sharia.
