1.—(1) This Order may be cited as the Housing Corporation (Dissolution) Order 2009.
(2) This Order extends to England and Wales only.
(3) This Order comes into force on 1st April 2009.
(4) In this Order, “the Regulator” means “the Regulator of Social Housing”.
