Savings
5. Notwithstanding Article 3, sections 32 to 32C of the Electricity Act 1989 as they had effect immediately before the commencement of section 37 (the renewables obligation), continue to have effect in relation to orders made under those provisions until such time as all obligations and requirements imposed on any person under those orders, and anything falling to be done or determined in relation to any such obligations and requirements, have been fully discharged.
