The Treasury makes the following Order, in exercise of the powers conferred by section 46(9) of the Finance Act 2007(1).
1. This Order may be cited as the Finance Act 2007 section 46 (Commencement) Order 2008.
2. Section 46 (1) to (3) and (5) to (7) of the Finance Act 2007 comes into force on 6th April 2008.
