1. This Order may be cited as the Enterprise Act 2002 (Judicial Pensions and Retirement Act 1993)(Consequential Amendment) Order 2005 and shall come into force on 9th February 2005.
2.—(1) In Part II of Schedule 1 to the Judicial Pensions and Retirement Act 1993(1), after the entry “President of the Competition Commission Appeal Tribunals”, insert—
“President of the Competition Appeal Tribunal”.
(2) Service in the office of President of the Competition Appeal Tribunal between 1st April 2003 and the commencement of this Order shall, for the purposes of that Act, be treated as service in a qualifying judicial office.
