The persons appointed under section 40(1) of the Matrimonial and Family Proceedings Act 1984(1) make the following Rules in exercise of the powers conferred by that section:
1984 c. 42; section 40 was amended by the Courts and Legal Services Act 1990 (c. 41), Schedule 18, paragraph 50 and will be repealed (on a date to be appointed) by the Courts Act 2003 (c. 39), Schedule 8, paragraph 278 and Schedule 10.
