The Motor Vehicles (Type Approval and Approval Marks) (Fees) (Amendment) Regulations 2003

Amendment of the Motor Vehicles (Type Approval and Approval Marks) (Fees) Regulations 1999

2.—(1) The Motor Vehicles (Type Approval and Approval Marks) (Fees) Regulations 1999(1) shall be amended as follows.

(2) In regulation 3(2)—

(a) in the definition of “Framework Directive”, the word “and”, where it appears before “98/14/EC”, shall be deleted; and

(b) at the end of that definition, there shall be added “and 2001/116/EC”(2).

(3) In the regulation specified in the first column of the table below, for the fee specified opposite that regulation in the second column, there shall be substituted the fee specified opposite that regulation in the third column.
