1.—(1) These Regulations may be cited as the Primary Care Trusts (Membership, Procedure and Administration Arrangements) Amendment (No. 2) (England) Regulations 2002 and shall come into force on 4th February 2002.
(2) These Regulations extend to England only.
2. The Primary Care Trusts (Membership, Procedure and Administration Arrangements) Amendment (England) Regulations 2001(1) are hereby revoked.
3. The entries in Schedule 1 to the Primary Care Trusts (Membership, Procedure and Administration Arrangements) Regulations 2000(2) (Special Health Authorities of which the chairman and members are not disqualified under regulation 5(1)(e)) are deleted and the following entries substituted:
“Health Development Agency(3);
National Blood Authority(4);
National Clinical Assessment Authority(5);
National Health Service Information Authority(6);
National Institute for Clinical Excellence(7);
National Patient Safety Agency(8);
National Treatment Agency(9);
Retained Organs Commission(10);
United Kingdom Transplant(11)”.
