Application
3. This Order applies to the District of Dover with the exception of the following roads:
(a)the A2 trunk road for its whole length in the District including all its on and off slip roads;
(b)that section of the A20 trunk road including all its on and off slip roads from its junction with the District boundary to its junction with the A2 trunk road other than the spur formed by:
(i)the road known as The Viaduct which leads from Limekiln Roundabout to Lord Warden Square; and
(ii)Lord Warden Square;
(c)that section of the A256 road from its junction with the A2 trunk road to its junction with the C562 road;
(d)the privately managed road within the Port of Dover area known as Union Street from its junction with the Prince of Wales Roundabout to its termination at the entrance to the Western Docks;
(e)the privately managed road within the Port of Dover area known as Strond Street from its junction with the Prince of Wales Roundabout to its termination adjacent to Union Quay.
