In exercise of the powers conferred on him by sections 24(3) and 167(1) of the Immigration and Asylum Act 1999(1) and of all other powers enabling him in that behalf, after consulting the Registrar General in Northern Ireland, the Secretary of State hereby makes the following Regulations:—

1999 c. 33. Section 167(1) is referred to for the definition of “prescribed”.
