Housing benefit and council tax benefit: recoverable overpayments and excess benefit
11. In both paragraph (3) of regulation 99 of the Housing Benefit Regulations(1) (recoverable overpayments) and paragraph (3) of regulation 84 of the Council Tax Benefit Regulations (recoverable excess benefit), for the words “or something done or omitted to be done”, there shall be substituted the words “, whether in the form of an act or omission,”.
