The Greenwich Healthcare National Health Service Trust (Transfer Of Trust Property) Order 1997

Citation, commencement and interpretation

1.—(1) This Order may be cited as the Greenwich Healthcare National Health Service Trust (Transfer of Trust Property) Order 1997, and shall come into force on 12th February 1997.

(2) In this Order —

“the Authority” means the Bexley and Greenwich Health Authority established on 1st April 1996(1);

“the old Authority” means the Bexley and Greenwich Health Authority established on 1st April 1994(2) and abolished on 1st April 1996(3);

“the Trust” means the Greenwich Healthcare National Health Service Trust;

“the trust property” means the items specified in a schedule of trust property prepared by and agreed upon by the old Authority and the Trust on 30th June 1995, which schedule has been signed on behalf of both the old Authority and the Trust.
