The Secretary of State for Wales, in exercise of the powers conferred by sections 16(4)(c), 20(4)(c) and 45(3) of the School Inspections Act 1996(1), hereby makes the following Regulations:

1996 c. 57. Sections 16(4)(c) and 20(4)(c) were amended by paragraph 7 of Schedule 6 to the Education Act 1997 (c. 44). For the meaning of “prescribed” and “regulations” see section 56(1).
