The Secretary of State for Transport in exercise of the powers conferred by sections 1, 2(1) and (5) and 3 of the International Carriage of Perishable Foodstuffs Act 1976(1), hereby makes the following Regulations:—
(1)
1976 c. 58; the Act is amended by section 9 of, and paragraph 4 of Schedule 2 to, the International Transport Conventions Act 1983 (c. 14) and by the International Carriage of Perishable Foodstuffs Act 1976 (Amendment) Order 1983 (S.I. 1983/1123).
