The Secretary of State for Wales, in exercise of the powers conferred on him by sections 42(1), (3) and (6) and 63(5) of the Local Government (Wales) Act 1994(1) and of all other powers enabling him in that behalf, hereby makes the following Order:—

1994 c. 19. By virtue of article 16 of the National Park Authorities (Wales) Order 1995 (S.I. 1995/2803), sections 40 to 45 of the 1994 Act are applied to the transfer of staff to a National Park authority in Wales.
